Tell us about your family.
I’m married to Keith Hannahs and we have two little girls, Story Jane (2013) and Moxie Mae (2015). Keith and I both grew up, lived and worked in Ohio until God called our family to Vero Beach to serve at First Church.

What is something most people don’t know about you?
I grew up in the country, on a horse farm and I can still, to this day, probably trim and shoe a horse.

My Utmost for His Highest by Oswald Chambers

Name one thing on your bucket list.
To go on a mission trip to Cambodia with my husband and my daughters. And to run the Dopey at Disney.

Who did you sit with during high school lunch?
I sat with my 10th grade English teacher my entire senior year. Not because I was in trouble, but I just had more in common with her than most of my peers.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A marine biologist.

Tell us about your family.
My parents are both retired and live in Columbus, Ohio. I am the youngest in the family of 3 siblings. My sister (Michele) is the oldest and is a Dr. overseas, my brother (Kris) lives in Houston, Texas as a financial advisor, and my other brother (Andrew) lives in Omaha Nebraska coaching football.

What was your first job?
Installed custom countertops.

What is something most people don’t know about you?
I grew up new age Amish. I had electricity and cars but everything else was they Amish lifestyle.

What do you order at your favorite fast food restaurant?
Anything at Chick – Fil – A with 6 CFA sauces and a couple gallons of sweet tea. (don’t judge me)

I met my wife while serving as a missionary in Peru. She and our two adult boys are Peruvian; our youngest, David, was born here and attends Master’s Academy. Our grandchildren are the 9th generation of my family in Florida.

I was a missionary in South America for 7 years.

Tell us about your family.
I was born and raised in Vero Beach. I have four sisters and one brother and have always felt blessed to be part of a large family. I am grateful for those in my family who brought me to First Church of God in 2008. What a blessing this church has been to me. I do not have children yet but I do have lots of nieces and nephews to borrow and spoil and return to mommy and daddy.

What was your first job?
I was 16. I worked at Claire’s, an accessories boutique, at the Indian River Mall.

What movie can you see over and over?
The Notebook

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A detective which I’ve found is more common than I thought, or if that didn’t work out I was going to be a monkey trainer like Jane Goodall. Funny thing is, I really don’t like monkeys as an adult.

What’s a guilty pleasure in the fridge?
I enjoy baking (cookies specifically) although I don’t always like to eat them. The good thing is, I have plenty of friends and family who have no problem taking the cookies off my hands.

Name one thing on your bucket list.
I’d love to travel. Some of those places on my bucket list are New York city, Niagara Falls, The Grand Canyon, Italy and Ireland. I love skiing too and anywhere there are great ski slopes (especially for amateurs) is where I’d love to be.

I worked full time as a camp counselor in Vero for the Recreation Deparment.

Retail Sales Associate. It feels like the mall never closes.

What is something most people don’t know about you?
I would prefer to live in a cooler climate.

Watching my kids learn something new.
