Pastor Sempsrott was born in Daytona Beach, FL. He attended Warner Christian Academy and Anderson University, Anderson, Indiana. He and his wife, Reeny, came to FCOG from Church in the Gardens, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, after serving there for 20 years. Pastor Sempsrott and Reeny have four children: Lauren, Morgan, Marc and Andrea.

Don and his wife, Beth, have been in pastoral ministry for 29 years serving as both Senior Pastor (18 years) and now an Executive Pastor. He has a passion for leadership and relationships. He and Beth have two married children living in Indiana where the family resided during an earlier ministry. At this time there are no grandchildren to spoil and send them back home. Don enjoys the outdoors, an occasional round of golf, cycling, and board games. Beware, he also loves to tease and pull an occasional practical joke.

Pastor Vogt was born in Passaic, NJ, and was raised in a Christian home. He graduated from Northeastern Bible College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Literature and Theology, and later received a Master of Divinity degree from Denver Seminary. Doug began his first ministry in 1972 and was ordained in the gospel ministry in 1979. He has served in New Jersey, Colorado, Illinois, Rhode Island and Florida. In 1985 Pastor Vogt and his family moved to Vero Beach to be a church planter /developer in conjunction with Mission to the Americas. Pastor Vogt joined our staff in May of 1996. He and his wife Alice, have two children, Chris and Jodi, and a daughter-in-law, Rebecca.

Pastor Miller was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and raised in Anderson, Indiana. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Anderson University in Indiana. Randy sang professionally in a traveling gospel quartet called “Presence” from 1991-1994. In 1994 he began working in radio advertising sales where he stayed for nearly seven years. In 2000, Randy accepted a pastorate at Heartland Alliance Church where he served as Pastor of Music and Worship Arts until his call to First Church of God in December 2008. Randy has been married to his lovely wife Jamie for fifteen years and they have three children: son Zachary is 14, daughter Emily is 11 and daughter Riley is 9.

Pastor McDivitt grew up on his grandparent's farm near Eaton, OH. He attended Anderson University, graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Pastor McDivitt comes to FCOG from the Belle Isle Community Church, Oklahoma City, OK, where he was the Associate Pastor of College and Single Adults. Prior to his ministry at Belle Isle Pastor McDivitt was the Associate Pastor of Youth and Young Adults at the Church in the Gardens, Palm Beach Gardens, FL from August 1992 to June 1998. He is excited about the opportunity to minister to the church's small groups and new members. He and his wife Carey, have three children, Keaton, Maggie and Savanna.

Pastor Tannery is the pastor to High School Students at First Church of God. He began attending FCOG youth group in 1988 and accepted Christ in 1992 on a youth trip. He attended Florida Christian College where he majored in Music Ministry, but found a calling in youth ministry after serving as an intern with the High School Youth Ministry at FCOG. Pastor Tannery is happily married to his wife, Martina and they both look forward to having children one day.

Nate was born and raised here in Vero, spending two of his Middle School years in Birmingham, AL. He attended college in Jacksonville at the University of North Florida and loves football and watching movies. Over the course of his college years, Nate realized a call to ministry and serving God’s youth. He has a passion for discipling middle schoolers and seeing God given potential realized in their lives. When you see Nate around the campus, he almost always has a few Wavers with him.
