The Women’s Ministry Council will work to reach women for Christ, to help women mature in faith through Bible Studies, to involve women in faith through Bible Studies, to involve women in service through spiritual gifts and talents, and to offer ministries, programs and events relevant to the lives of women for the glory of God.

I am the wife of Jason Keen and the mother of 7 year old twin boys, Preston and Peyton, and a 2 ½ year old daughter, Paige. They are precious and keep us on our toes! I also work part-time for Walgreen’s as a pharmacist. God has given me a heart for women’s and children’s ministry. With that said, I want ladies of all ages to see and know a God who loves them and a church of people who care for them.

 

My name is Sue Bartl and I have been attending FCOG with my husband Ken for about 9 years. We have 5 children and 8 grand children. I retired 1 ½ years ago and stepped into a ministry of which I feel so blessed to be a part. I started by attending the Thursday morning Bible Study and through the love and prayers and guidance of loving Christian women, I was led by God to be the Chairperson of the Women’s Ministry Council. What an honor it is to work for the ladies of FCOG and to see each day how God expresses His great love for his Beloved daughters.   He is doing great and awesome things for His daughters. I encourage you to become a part of the women’s ministry by attending our weekly Bible Studies and becoming involved in His awesome ministry. 

Michele has been married to Brian for 16 years.  They have a daughter, Samantha, who is a high school teacher in Gainesville, Florida.  Michele has been attending FCOG since 1991 and working here with Children’s and Women’s Ministry for 10 years now.  She loves to walk, music and shopping.
