Jesus told us to... Go to the people of all nations and make them my disciples. Baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to do everything I have told you. (Matthew 28:19-20 Contemporary English Version)

He wasn't talking to a select few, but to all Christians.  At First Church of God it's our desire to mobilize the whole church to reach the whole world with the gospel message.  We must dispel the myth that most people in the world have been reached with the Gospel. Whether it is across the street to our neighbors or across the sea, there are many opportunities to become involved in world missions.  One of the goals of our Missions Ministry is to challenge and equip each one to become involved in world evangelism.

Our congregation is involved in a number of local ministries, ministries on the national level as well as international works.

 YOU can pray, serve or give!

• Volunteer at local ministries, provide transportation
• Go on a Short-Term missions trip - Upcoming Trips
• Check out Missions Testimonies
• Read about missions
• Write to Missionaries, maintain correspondence
• Pray for Missionaries, prayer walk
• Adopt a Missionary (yourself or small group)
• Donate funds you are entrusted with
• Serve on the Missions Leadership Team
